Q3 Extra Credit

This assignment can be used to replace a missing or low grade from Q3.  It must be handed in by Wednesday, April 1 - no foolin'!

Task:  Write a 11/2 - 2 page essay that describes three significant accomplishments or problems in modern China.  DO NOT include discussion of your research topic!  Use your notes from the various presentations you have seen.  For each topic, describe and summarize the issue/accomplishment, its cause and effect on society, and what you have learned about modern China as a result of this inquiry.
Include relevant facts and details.  In a conclusion paragraph, discuss any connections you may see between the issues and your predictions for China's future.

Try to type this essay as it is much easier for me to read!  See me if you have any questions.  NO EXTENSIONS - on or before Wednesday.
